The market for electrical bicycles (e-bikes) is growing rapidly, and ANWB wants to provide their members and non-members with clear information, a defined ‘what’s next for me’ and an independent view on e-bikes. With a small but agile development team, I was able to develop and maintain multiple products to do exactly this. Contributing to the overall vision of ANWB.

 

Focus. Focus. Focus.

What I was able to bring to the table, was a clear focus on what we as a team would do. And maybe more importantly, what not to do. This meant creating a supported vision and well defined roadmaps. Managing expectations over multiple business lines. Keeping the team away from pushy stakeholders. And combining different products, using a single application hereby limiting complexity and potential legacy and technical debt.
